Clarification on Sygna API Rate Limits for Bulk Transactions

Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on integrating the Sygna API into our payment processing system and I’ve run into a bit of confusion regarding rate limits, specifically when handling bulk transactions.

From what I understand, Sygna enforces rate limits based on API usage, but I haven’t been able to find clear documentation about how these limits apply when submitting large batches of transactions. If anyone has experience with this, I’d appreciate your insights!

Are the rate limits applied per transaction, or is it based on the total size of the batch?

What is the best way to handle bulk submissions to avoid hitting rate limits without disrupting the process?

Does Sygna provide any tools or recommendations for managing larger transaction volumes efficiently?
