How Do You Reset A Chromecast without using the Google Home app. To do this, you will use the reset button on the Google Chromecast device. This method works even if your Google Chromecast is not connected to Wi-Fi or is not appearing in the Google Home app.

First, make sure your Google Chromecast is plugged into your TV and connected to a power source. Your Google Chromecast must be powered on. The LED light will initially stay solid, then it will begin blinking.
