Why Do Many Law Students Struggle With Essay Structure?

I’ve been working on a law essay recently, and the hardest part for me is not the reading but organising everything into a clear argument. There are so many cases, statutes, and opinions to consider that it becomes difficult to decide what should be included and what should be left out.
Another issue is keeping the discussion focused. Sometimes I start with a clear point, but as I add more sources, the essay begins to feel scattered instead of building one strong argument.
While searching for examples of how legal essays are organised, I came across law essay writing services mentioned during research about academic writing support. By observing different ways that people approach cases, introductions, discussions around cases, and conclusions, I've learned that they're often very connected to one another.
For people that have written many law essays before, what are the techniques you've used to make sure that your argument is clear and structured?
