# New User Onboarding

When every time a new VASP end-customer onboards to the VASP platform.

1. VASPs will do a full KYC based on their requirement.
2. The User-Code should be generate from the user legal name based on the KYC data,
3. VASPs have to show the [VAAI](https://developers.sygna.io/docs/virtual-asset-account-information-vaai) in the deposit page for users the share their account information before the transaction.
