New User Onboarding

When every time a new VASP end-customer onboards to the VASP platform.

1. VASPs will do a full KYC based on their requirement.
2. The User-Code should be generate from the user legal name based on the KYC data,
3. VASPs have to show the VAAI in the deposit page for users the share their account information before the transaction.
